We report two cases of extragonadal pelvic endodermal sinus tumor diagnosed at the Departament of Pediatric of the Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas and discuss the clinical presentation, differential diagnosis and pathologic study. ( Rev Med Hered 2003; 14:98-103 ).
