Abstract

As a result of the profound effects of the pandemic on the well-being of students, the management of educational institutions plays a crucial role in the current situation. Therefore, the research aimed to determine the impact of institutional management on the well-being of students at the National University of Loja; for this purpose, an applied study with a quantitative approach was carried out, taking a sample of 400 students. The information was obtained with a question form; which was validated by 5 experts and had a reliability of 93%. The results determined that the high level of the variables and their dimensions reached percentages greater than 60%; except for the Health dimension, which achieved 45%. It is concluded that the Institutional Management variable influences the Wellbeing of Students; and, that their physical and mental health must be comprehensively improved.
