Objectives: To determine the level of satisfaction in patients seen at the Orthodontics Department of the Teaching Dental Clinic of the Stomatology School of the Cayetano Heredia Peruvian University (Lima - Perú) through dimensions of satisfaction, place, sex and age in the year 2014. Methods: This was a descriptive, observational, prospective and cross-sectional study with a probabilistic sample. Results: This study included 200 patients over 12 years old. It showed that the level of satisfaction and the patients age are associated a two dimensions of satisfaction (security and privacy and general attention), also global satisfaction. In San Martin de Porres, the level of satisfaction with the information received was the dimension where we found more patients very satisfied (84%), in San Isidro it was found that the dimensions of information received and infrastructure, equipment and materials were the dimensions with more patients very satisfied (83%) in both cases. Conclusion: There exists a high level of satisfaction in patients seen at the Orthodontics Department of the teaching dental clinic of the Stomatology School of the Cayetano Heredia Peruvian University.
