The success of educational organizations depends on the good practices of human talent that promote the empowerment of teachers to achieve positive changes in their field of action. The objective of this study is to demonstrate the effect of a human talent program to develop teacher empowerment in the Andean region of Peru. The study was applied type, with a pre-experimental design, the participants were teachers and the instrument used was a teacher empowerment questionnaire that was validated by experts and reliable; which was applied before and after the program. The results showed statistically significant progress in improving teacher empowerment. It was concluded that the application of the human talent program significantly increased the empowerment of teachers, according to Student's T test, which demonstrated a high level of significance with a p-value < 0.05. Therefore, the development of the program had a positive and significant effect on the development of the personal, relational, and collective empowerment of the teacher, where it is shown that the professional level is raised, leadership is strengthened, the quality of working life is increased, and the implementation is possible. effective school reforms.
