The method used was quantitative, basic type, correlational level, according to the method, general and scientific, non-experimental research design of cross-sectional type; the sample consisted of 201 administrative workers. For data collection, the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. According to the results, a Rho de Spearman coefficient of = 0.548 was obtained, with a p-value = 0.000 < 0.05.
