El artículo explora la capacidad de adaptabilidad del Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos (SIDH) frente a diversas problemáticas: los derechos humanos de las personas jurídicas, así como la responsabilidad internacional de las empresas por vulneraciones a derechos humanos. Todo ello se analiza a la luz del caso Opario Lemoth Morris y otros vs. Honduras, recientemente presentado por la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos ante la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, en el que confluyen estos puntos grises.
