Resumen

BERTORELLO, Adrián. The Poetic Function of Language in M. Heidegger’s Philosophical Discourse: un Interpretation of Heideggerian Style by the Lead of V. Shklovski and R. Jakobson. arete [online]. 2010, vol.22, n.2, pp.177-188. ISSN 1016-913X.

This paper aims at analyzing the stylistic and enunciative component of M. Heidegger’s philosophical discourse. To that end, it employs V. Shklovski’s and R. Jakobson’s interpretation of the poetic function of language. The thesis this paper will attempt to justify lies on the basis that Heidegger’s 1919 to 1927 discourse turns to poetic stylistic resources such as pleonasms and paradoxes. This choice is justified on the level of enunciation; in fact, the style has as its purpose to create a new perspective on phenomena that may allow to destroy the automatisms of the academic philosophical discourse.

Palabras clave : poetic function of language; philosophical discourse; tautology; paradox; style; enunciation.
