Objective: To describe the experience of 327 repairs laparoscopic of herniation inguinal. Material and methods: Descriptive study of 327 repairs laparoscopic of herniation inguinal carried out between 1992 and 1996 in the Department of Surgery of ABC Medical Center in Mexico D.F. in 257 patients. Results: You return 77.4% males. Bilateral herniation in 85 patient was introduced and in 43 cases defects one or two sites. He in 35 patient was supposed to be carried out the repair with mesh for technique Stoopa. The complications ocurred in the first cases in 8.8% and recurrences in 1.2 percent in our group. Conclusions: We propose a classify of the hernial based an opinion on defects the Nyhus considiring the be seen trans abdominal of the defect, their size , their presentation and compexity, to goods of offening a treatament anatomical and specific in each case.
