We report a female patient with nontraumatic chylothorax. This disease is uncommon, it result by multiple disorders. The diagnosis was established by pleural fluid analysis and biopsy. The patient was treated by surgical and medical approaches. We discuss the treatment of nontraumatic chylothorax. (Rev Med Hered 2005;16:285-287).
