We report a case of 52 year-old male patient who had an ulcerative lesion on the glans penis, of twenty year evolution. He had received different treatments without favorable results. Ulcer had irregular edges, hard consistency and there was no pain. The histopathologic study showed necrotic granuloma sugestive of TB. (Rev Med Hered 2007;18:49-51).
