We describe the case of a 37 year old woman, from Lima, with a clinical presentation characterized by arthralgia, not quantified fever, presence of erythematous nodules on lower limbs and erythematous papules on the dorsal region of fingers. A mediastinal lymphadenopathy was found on chest x-ray and CT scan. Lymph node biopsy was compatible with sarcoidosis. (Rev Med Hered 2010;21:51-55)
