Calcium antagonists are used in a number of medical conditions, but intoxication with these drugs may be lethal.We present the case of a young women intoxicated with amlodipine who presented with vasodilated shock and multi organ disfunction in whom multiple vasopressors at maximum allowed doses were used to estabilize the patient.
