Yellow fever is a vector-borne disease caused by a virus of the Flaviviridae family that is characterized by fever and jaundice that may progressed to multi organ failure with high associated mortality. We report three cases of patients who had travelled to La Merced, Chanchamayo who presented with multi organ failure with confirmed serology for yellow fever, one survived and the other two died.
