Health may be defined in different ways; one of them is to consider it as the sum of values and aspirations of a person determined by its proximal and distal environment. The traditional medical paradigm is to consider the disease not taking into account the personal experience with the disease, its context and the share decisions surrounding the disease, nor the development of a physician/patient relationship as a therapeutic tool. The practice of the clinical method centered on the patient and the search for avoid damage, including unnecessary interventions; can be the tools that physicians need to be trained to explore better health, illness and disease.
