Páncreas lymphoma is very rare, we report a 29 years old man, treated at Daniel A. Carrion Hospital. He presented jaudince and abdominal pain . Ecography and tomography showed a mass in páncreas head . the patient underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy. The final diagnosis was Large B cell diffuse lymphoma. CD 20 +, CD3 -, CD45 + without extrapancreatic disease, ACE -. We report the case and literature review.
