Twelve patients (9 men) were included in the report Median age at diagnosis was 71 years (range 49-91). Five patients had anemia and one of them had severe anemia. 91.7% of our patients presented with large hiatal| hernias. There were 5 patients with anemia and large hernias. Two patients tested positive for H. pylori. Two patients reported chronic NSAIDs use.
