Abstract
LOLI PINEDA, Alejandro E. et al. Organizational justice and psychological well-being in Peruvian teachers in a situation of the COVID-19 pandemic. Rev. investig. psicol. [online]. 2022, vol.25, n.2, pp.5-23. Epub Dec 19, 2022. ISSN 1560-909X. http://dx.doi.org/10.15381/rinvp.v25i2.23693.
This research aims to know the relationship between organizational justice and psycho-logical well-being in higher education teachers. The sample consisted of 224 teachers from public and private universities in a virtual pandemic situation, with a quantitative, non-experimental and correlational approach. The applied scales were Colquitt Organizational Justice Scale (2001), adapted in Peru by Ausejo (2017) and the Ryff Psychological Well-being Scale (2012). The most important results show that there is a significant and positive association between organizational justice and psychological well-being, with a small effect size. The analysis of the components of these variables showed that there is a significant and positive association between them, except for the autonomy component of psychologi-cal well-being, which is not related to any of the components of organizational justice, and personal growth, which is only related to procedural justice, and not so with distributive, interpersonal and informational justice.
