Inmunized rabbits and inoculated dogs with L. brasiliensis cultures isolated from "uta" cases, were used for testing "leishmanina" with the following results : 1. In rabbits the intradermal skin test. shows between 24-48 hours with 1/10 antigen dilution. 2. In dogs, positive results comparatively equal to those obtained in rabbits using antigen without dilution were shown only to the 20th. day after inoculation. On the 30th. day, test was negative
