Brucella melitensis total proteins extracts were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE. Their seroreactivity was analysed by Western blot with satisfactory results. In order to do this 03 negative controls, 34 brucellosis, 12 cholerae, 02 typhoid fever and 02 tuberculosis sera were used. This immmunodiagnostic test detected highly specific seroreactive bands (100%) corresponding to 8,14,18, 25-48 complex and 58kDa. The test sensitivity was 90% using these sera.
