Nasal-pharyngeal swabs were taken, in order to determine the presence of influenza A, influenza B, adenovirus, parainfluenza, and syncytial respiratory virus infection using indirect immounofluorescence. 14 samples were collected. The most frequently reported symptoms were fever (92,8%), rinorrhea (92,8%) and cough (42,8%). Influenza B and Parainfluenza 2 were detected in 5 cases. The diagnoses found were in accordance with those reported in the national literature.
