Three cases of ocular myiasis (two adults and one child)from farming areas in Huaura province,Lima,are presented.  They came to the Huacho Regional Hospital with red eye,photophobia,palpebral edema and foreign body sensation in  their eyes.Fly larvae were recovered from the internal canthus.They were sent to the Instituto Nacional de Salud and  they were identified as Oestrus ovis .
