The clinical of pulmonary valve endocarditis are not the classics of infectious endocarditis, as they are the symptoms of lung septic embolism. Isolated pulmonary native valve endocarditis is an unusual clinical entity in non-users of intravenous drugs. We present a case of a male patient with diabetes mellitus type 2 and without other predisposing factor.
