Abstract

FEIJOO, Juan et al. Characterization CaLaBaCu3O7-δ superconductor ceramic obtained by Sol-Gel method. Rev. Soc. Quím. Perú [online]. 2007, vol.73, n.4, pp.208-214. ISSN 1810-634X.

It has been synthesized and characterized the ceramic superconductor CaLaBaCu3O7-δ For the synthesis has been used Sol-Gel method, which consists in obtaining a precursor based oxalates through chemical reactions precipitation controlled. The characterization of the compound was carried out by the instrumental technique of X-ray Diffraction The results of the structural analysis confirmed the award of superconducting material.
