Raw materials like limestones, travertinos, minerals silica and iron were characterized; in addition to the fluorita mineral (CaF ). The tried meterings of fluorita were 0,2%, 0,4%, 0,6%, 2 0,8%, 1,0% of the crude. The necessary finenesses were determined and the addition of fluorita that allows to complete the reactions of formation of silicates 3CaO.SiO2 and 2CaO.SiO , leaving the smaller amount of free CaO. Tests at level of laboratory like a 2 industrial level, were reductions in the temperature of pyroprocess, for a minimum of free lime.Also one obtained increases in the compressive strenghts of the cement. According to results of laboratory, profit reduction of 100°C in the pyroprocess reactions. In o Later industrial test profit to be reduced in 60 C the temperature.
