Electron diffraction via the transmission electron microscope is a powerful method for analyzing the crystal structure of the superconducting material CaLaBaCu3O7-x, synthesized by Sol-Gel method. We are indexing the electron diffraction pattern to analyze the crystal structure as a deduction from this, the angles of diffraction of certain important planes belonging to the tetragonal system.
