Abstract

This study evaluated the effect of integral nutrition management (INM) on the availability of nutrients and enzymatic activities of the soil during the rooting stage in Vitis vinifera. The effects of compost (C), mineral fertilizer (MF) and microbial inoculant (MI) were evaluated through seven treatments and one control in a completely randomized design with four experimental units per treatment: T1 (C + MI + MF), T2 (C + MF), T3 (MI + MF), T4 (C + IM), T5 (MF), T6 (C), T7 (MI) y control (T). Chemical and biochemical indicators were assessed through the test comparing averages (LSD, p ≤ 0.05). The results indicated that the application of C and MF increased the concentration of P during the first 30 days (64.8 and 69.9 mg kg-1), N increased at day 60 in T1 (178.1 mg kg-1), reaching its maximum concentration on day 30 in T2 (433.3 mg kg-1). The potential activity of β-glucosidase increased to 113.8 μg ρ-nitrophenol g-1 h-1 on day 60 in T1. Furthermore, compost increased the dehydrogenase and alkaline phosphatase activity at T1 on day 30 (62.6 μg TFF g-1 24 h-1 and 155.7 μg ρ-nitrophenol g-1 h-1). The results suggest that the application of MIN during rooting stage in V. vinifera transplant increases the availability of nutrients and enzymatic activities.
