Abstract

The study purpose was to discover and describe the attitude of workers to the Regional Directorate of Foreign Trade and Tourism Puno on job satisfaction and motivation in both intrinsic and extrinsic aspects, for which the type of descriptive research was applied; worked with a population of 26 workers who were subjected to a questionnaire.Among the results emphasize that workers DIRCETUR Puno, have a regular attitude, ie report being neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, highlighting indicators: recognition, safety, supervision and interpersonal relations; and indicate that sometimes motivated as to the physiological needs and estimated. Finally, we can say that there is a difference between intrinsic and extrinsic aspects, as workers are satisfied and motivated by intrinsic indicators; and, conversely, with the extrinsic indicators are unsatisfied and little motivation.
