Abstract

The paper deals with the organizational climate and job performance of university teachers. The objective was to determine the relationship between the institutional environment and job performance of teachers at two universities, such as the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Nacional University of the Altiplano-Puno and the Faculty of Education Sciences of the Universidad Andina Nestor Caceres Velasquez Juliaca. The methodology corresponds to the experimental investigation, the type of descriptive research - correlational, in which the hypothesis presented in the research states; and concludes that the institutional environment itself is related to teacher performance, because the organizational environment is the internal environment of an organization, the psychological atmosphere, which amounts to a set of assumptions, beliefs, values and norms shared by its members.
