The aim of this research is to analyze the content of 59 the front page of "Correo" daily (edition Region Puno), the holders, texts, images and windows of the first page. To realize this research, the mixed method was used (Qualitative - Quantitative) and was executed in a descriptive level, using for it the direct observation and, the hemerographic and technical analysis. The conclusion of the analysis of the front page of "Correo" daily, we verify that the holders contain qualifying adjectives that are subjective; texts are written as summaries; images have a high degree of violence; and finally 47 % of windows approach topics of company. In conclusion, for the lucrative zeal of this way of communication, the information is subjective and sensationalist
