Abstract

VERA DEL CARPIO, Rosario. Prospective management on sustainable development dimensions towards 2030 in leaders of the Region of Puno - Peru. Comuni@cción [online]. 2015, vol.6, n.1, pp.05-15. ISSN 2219-7168.

Puno is a region located in the high plateau of Peru, its population is featured by the quechua and aymara ethnicity, the development notions are linked to culture and Andean cosmovision. The present research work pretends to explain the existence of a young and adult population between 20 and 45 years, potentially dynamic and enterprising. This group, in prospective towards 2030 will lead the region, and its leaders will become the managers with power of decision and action in apply the four dimensions of sustainable development linked to the millennium development goals: I Economic growth; II Fight against social exclusion; III Natural environment and IV Proper management of private and public affairs. The method used was qualitative-quantitative and technical questionnaire. The work shows encouraging results in being strengthened in apply education and learning programmes, health programmes; in relation to social inclusion, freedom of thinking and equality of opportunities are attractive approaches; with regards to environmental care, we have the protection of the ecosystem, and finally the relation to proper management, where fight against corruption will be part of their mission.
