Abstract

This research is a central objective: Knowing the level of correlation between organizational climate and job performance in the Bolivarian educational institutions of the city of Puno. The research type is basic and overall design becomes correlational not experimental or ex post facto design, designs are those where the independent variables are not deliberately manipulated. The method used is quantitative, the sample is stratified probabilistic and consisted of a population of 133 teachers. Correlation analysis was performed using Pearson r statistician and the "t" of Student for correlational research and the instrument used was the questionnaire. The research study has concluded that given a level of significance of 5%, there is a strong direct positive relationship (r = 0.828) and significance (t = 16,90) between organizational climate and job performance in the Bolivarian educational institutions Puno -2014, establishing that better organizational climate, there is better job performance.
