Abstract

This paper deals with development of critical thinking in the altiplano (Puno) .From the reflections in the social sciences and disciplines plots of positivism, the purpose is visible from the altiplano the development of critical thinking from two aspects. In the first instance that the social sciences have been and remain out of context and disconnected from reality. Therefore it has to face limitations and embody the great social problems facing towns and cities in Peru. Second from everyday life, in this case Puno, have developed thinking and bold actions hope against social and environmental collapse, the various disciplines of conservative thought, has not yet been cataloged or give a nomenclature, because their roots, theoretical and methodological are anchored in Europe, North America and Asia, which legitimizes universities and validate these recipes. In the process of the study and recreation development of other forms of thought, and leaderships who questioned forms of inhuman and outrageous treatment dissociated themselves from their environment and experience it is evident; on the other hand there is a vast literature on Puno and Puno that have not yet been read or understood. Therefore, we conclude with identifying the presence and development of critical thinking, without thereby rejecting the Western European knowledge, which is now also crisis
