The employees' role in a company is influenced by the organization itself, which favors its performance and permanence through extrinsic factors to the individual to maintain adecuate satisfaction and climate that can be perceived differently for men and women. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze if there are gender differences in job satisfaction and organizational climate in the industrial sector. Using psychological-organizational climate variables (Cohesion, trust, pressure, support, recognition, equity and innovation) and job satisfaction (Conformity with work, labor relations and identification with work). The study is a quantitative type with descriptive-comparative scope, with a sample of 132 workers of a large company of the industrial sector using of T-student of independent samples. The results show that there are no differences in job satisfaction and organizational climate for men and women within the analized company. These findings affirm the results of other studies carried out regarding the relation of these three variables. Therefore, it is concluded that there is an equal level for men and women in terms of climate and job satisfaction
