Abstract

DIAZ PEREZ, Ander  and  VILLAFUERTE ALVAREZ, Carlos Alberto. Strategic Planning of Education. Comuni@cción [online]. 2022, vol.13, n.2, pp.161-171. ISSN 2219-7168.  http://dx.doi.org/10.33595/2226-1478.13.2.681.

The general objective of this document is to analyze the approaches and highlight the different studies in the development of strategic planning in education. Educational strategic planning is a set of steps with a participatory approach, which allow an organization to define its vision and mission through the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; considering an effective and collaborative reflection of important relevance to address the future actions of the organization, as long as it can determine how a strategic management process is developed to make decisions, evaluate and select alternative activities. In the investigation, bibliographical research and documentary analysis were used as a technique to carry out a systematic review, considering search engines and a period of the last five years. For the study, 44 articles were used, which were classified into: strategic planning in learning, teacher development, management and its quality. One of the conclusions was that the strategic plan not only becomes a tool that changes the organization, rather it generates an impact on the different areas of the institution, because it must be due to the sense of the institutional mission and vision.
