The objective of the article is to analyze the perception of students on the use of ICT by teachers at public universities in Peru. Regarding the methodology used, the type of research is basic, descriptive, using the statistical method, non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 104,639 students from 8 national universities: San Luis Gonzaga de Ica, de Piura, de Huancavelica, San Cristóbal de Huamanga, Pedro Ruiz Gallo, San Antonio Abad del Cusco, Amazónica de Madre de Dios and Mayor de San Marcos, with a sample size of 521 students. The results show that more than half of the university teachers maintain a medium level of ICT management, with a high level of participation resulting in 76.1%. It can be concluded, then, that university teachers in Peru have a medium-high level of ICT mastery.
