Abstract

Introduction:

The progression of systemic sclerosis leads to an increase in morbidity and mortality.

Clinical Case:

Three patients with a diagnosis of systemic scleroderma who underwent autologous transplantation (2015-2020), after multiple treatments, relapsed at 9 months.

Conclusions:

Autologous Transplantation should be considered as one of the treatment options in patients without high accumulated doses of cyclophosphamide or in early stages of disease.
