HUARANGA MORENO, Félix et al. Tolerance to salinity during the growth of the quelite Amaranthus hybridus (Amaranthaceae) L. under experimental laboratory conditions. Arnaldoa [online]. 2020, vol.27, n.2, pp.595-610. ISSN 1815-8242. http://dx.doi.org/10.22497/arnaldoa.272.27211.
One water parameters of plants as is the CHR to characterize the response of plants to water stress and identify better adapted genotypes, which in this studied the behavior of relative water content (CHR) was determined in Amaranthus hybridus L. (Amaranthaceae) species under experimental conditions under salinities of 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 mM, whose seeds were obtained and selected the experimental field of Ecology of the Faculty of Biological Sciences of the National University of Trujillo. Sampling for the corresponding analysis was performed at the flowering stage. The design was randomized block with three replications. The results indicated CHR level moderate tolerance to salt stress of the species, concluding that the methodology used can be selected genotypes resistant to salt stress.
