The objective is understand the building with heritage values affected, called ignored, where the old Agricultural Bank in the city of Chiclayo meets that name. From the paradigm of the timeless synergy, understanding the limited communication, the altered bond and the corrupted architecture as elements generated by contemporary society, and of direct affectation to the values and patrimonial subjects generating the agony of the ignored heritage. This research is qualitative, critical and propositive, seeking the understanding of the causes - effects and deficiencies - consequences of the behavior of the ignored heritage, affecting the values of the patrimonial subjects, with final findings showing the most affected heritage values, how are the educational, of the use, and the economic, proposing 12 intervention strategies regarding the components of the timeless synergy, thus improving the values of the ignored heritage.
