Derecho PUCP is an academic research journal of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru Law Faculty, committed on the general debate of ideas. It publishes articles of legal or interdisciplinary research that are appointed as unpublished and original, which are evaluated by external peers, by the double blind system.
Derecho PUCP is a semi-annual journal that from 2018 will be published in the months of May and November both in its physical support or in its digital version. The first issue of the journal published yearly covers the period from December to May, and the second issue of the magazine from June to November.
The public to which Derecho PUCP is addressed is mainly: (i) researchers in Law and in similar sciences, (ii) professionals in Law, and (iii) university community.
