The research deals with digital competences in university teachers to develop learning sessions during pandemic and student satisfaction in the learning process. The objective was to determine the relationship between digital competencies and satisfaction in learning achievements of students at the of the National University of the Altiplano Puno (UNA). The methodology used was quantitative, non-experimental, and correlational, and two instruments were used to collect duly validated data. The population consisted of 1180 students of the Faculty of Education Sciences (FCEDUC) of the UNA Puno, with a sample of 290 students, selected by probability sampling. The results reveal that there is a strong significant relationship between the study variables according to the Chi-square test between the variables, whose significance level was ρ=0.000. Concluding that the digital competencies of the university teacher of the FCEDUC of the UNA Puno have a significant relationship with student satisfaction in the achievement of their learning, that is university teachers are trained in virtual environments to develop learning activities for students.
