Nine endemic species were registered; Exodecomus prostratus, Nolana humifusa and Nicotiana paniculata (Solanaceae), Ophryosporus pubescens (Asteraceae); Atriplex rotundifolia (Amaranthaceae), Heliotropium pilosum (Heliotropiaceae); Cistante paniculata (Montiaceae), Haageocereus limensis (Cactaceae) and Oxalis lomana (Oxalidaceae). It is concluded that there is an interesting diversity of species in general and also endemic species in areas that must wait until another El Niño event, which will not be possible due to the loss of habitat due to the urban occupation of the area.
