Folia Amazónica is a specialized open access scientific journal published by the Research Institute of the Peruvian Amazon (IIAP) that began 1988. Its objective is to disseminate articles and scientific notes resulting from original research on the knowledge, conservation and sustainable use of Amazonian forests to a target audience of professionals, academics and students.
